We were at the SM City Naga before the mall opened as the
kids would be having a school presentation at the activity center.

The program began at 10 AM, they were the first to
be called and their performance was finished by 10:30.
…so we decided to
have a brunch at Sbarro.
We rarely dine at the SM food court as it is always crowded
and noisy, but we were happy that it was quiet as the mall had
just opened and there were still very few people around.
My daughter ordered their popular Baked Ziti. This tube shaped pasta
was baked with the delightfully delicious mixture of Romano cheese and
tomatoes then topped with cheese sauce. This is our all time favorite in
Sbarro and it came as a huge serving so we were able to share the dish.
The Baked Lasagna, also came as a huge serving enough to be shared
by a family of four. This is probably the most delicious lasagna in the world.
There seem to be an endless layer upon layer of pasta and delicious toppings
of Italian sausage, ground beef, ricotta, mozzarella and Romano cheese.
It was bathed by a thick, tasty and richly herbed, chunky tomato sauce.

We also had a Stromboli. This parmesan sprinkled Italian
turn over bread generously stuffed with pepperoni
and cheese
is actually an extremely delicious rolled
pizza made much
easier and less messier to eat specially for
young kids.
We also ordered White Pizza which also a came as a huge serving.
This classic Sbarro dish made of perfectly baked dough, topped with garlic,
ricotta and mozzarella and sprinkled with herbs. This should not be missed.

The meal came with huge Iced Tea Drinks.
Perfection. Italian Perfection. That is what Sbarro is.
It is one of our favorite restaurants but we
do not get
to dine too
often in their branch in Naga
City as it is
located in a noisy and overcrowded mall food court.
I wish they build a full store, in Magsaysay strip- maybe?.
That would be awesome.
