to try the Goldilocks' Lemon Chiffon Cake.
The cake temptation was all over- from TV commercials to the
numerous tarpaulin ads scattered on the city’s main
thoroughfare.
The daily queue at the bakeshop was most of the
time kilometric and
they always run out of cake.
Lady luck was on our side last New Year and we finally had
one, and my son eagerly waited for his first slice of cake,

….but it was a real disappointment.
The cake was dry, rubbery and bland.
It was all hype after all.
