Sharky’s: Food and Passion (Yangon, ASEAN’s Jewel Series 4)

Sharky’s
 Food and Passion Yangon,
Yangon, ASEAN's Jewel Series 4

Sharky's Restaurant  founder and chief artisan,
Ye Htut Winis  a revered top notch chef in Yangon,

who in their webpage states his dedication to provide
cook foods crafted from only the best quality, using local ingredients
and not being simply an emulation but rather a revelation in cuisine.

Sharky’s wishes to set itself apart from other culinary experiences
by offering something truly profound and unique, with their food

Their ingredients are 100% organic and they scour the
country for the finest crops and natural farms products.

Sharky’s prides itself using all natural, unprocessed and unrefined
ingredients devoid of artificial flavorings, colorings, and preservatives.

Some of Sharky’s best tasting Cold Cuts are perfect
as pre- meal starters and appetizers. The ham was
apparently sourced from organic  free range pork,
raised and fattened following their natural behavior.

Same thing with the cheeses which also
came from natural and organic sources.

The Foie Gras Salad was served with microgreens,
tomatoes , grilled bell peppers , caramelized onion ,
pumpkin seeds and a perfectly tangy balsamic dressing,

The flavorful Foie Gras was rich, buttery,
and delicately tender like a semi solid pâté.

Sharky’ Beef Pepperoni Pizza was prepared using slow
fermentation dough with mozzarella from their artisan
charcuterie and topped tomato sauce, and beef pepperoni
then baked in Yangon's only 100% wood- fired oven.
One of the best pizzas we ever had anywhere in the world.

This Chicken Lasagna tastes incredibly good.
It had a perfect texture and sauce is delicious
and the cheesy crust in top was very flavorful.

Generous amount of bite size chunky tender chicken nuggets
sandwiched in every layer of perfectly cooked al dente lasagna
and oozing with the goodness of flavorful herbs and spices.
.

The Prawn Spaghetti very delicious. Served with generous
amount of plump Bay of Bengal Prawns, flavored with black
olives Myanmar capers tomato sauce and parmesan cheese.

All meals came with Organic Microgreen Salad.

We ended of meal with a delicious scoop
of Salted Butter Caramel Ice Cream.

Sharky’s is probably one of the best restaurant in Myanmar,

…and guests can actually bring home their
extensive range of gourmet ingredients-

… available to purchase in their restaurant.

It is a must dine place for anyone visiting Yangon.
