The Skyfall
@ Jardin Real de Naga, Naga City 

A day after typhoon Amang, we woke up the morning,    

and greeted by the sight of what appears to be a  bright
orange wall of light in Naga City’s northern horizon.

The city was blanketed by a  ceiling of thick, dark clouds,
 that seem to  sandwich and engulf our neighborhood,

…making the kids exclaim like Henny Penny 
  “The sky is falling down. The sky is falling down!”.

But it wasn’t a skyfall at all.

The dark blanket of clouds slowly, dissipated,

 
 

...and the weather was fine the whole day.
