Au Rendez vous des Ch’timis et des Bretons, 

was located just in front of Hotel Majestic and

we didn’t want to go far so we dined there.

 

My daughter had a Lasagna which she found
 to be very delicious and lapped it up with gusto.

My wife also loved her Pan Fried Salmon.

The fist was fresh and succulent and the

mashed potato was creamy and yummy.

 

My son had a Duck Confit. It was oven baked

to golden perfection with cruchy skin while the

flesh very tender and oozing with aromatic

juices flavored with various herbs and spices.

My Fried Trout was just as good.

Perfectly fried and very succulent.

It was our penultimate day in Lourdes, and

Au Rendez vous des Ch’timis et des Bretons,

was a perfect culinary conclusion of our visit.
