Galeries Lafayette is major store in France and  a popular 
French shopping destination.   We came on a Sunday and 
and found out  that the mall was closed.  It was unexpected 
as weekend is a  peak shopping day in the  Philippines 

Galeries Lafayette Lyon Part-Dieu is not

as grand as Galeries Lafayette Paris as it

was located in a turn of century building-

…but it is just as extensive.

 

Galeries Lafayette Lyon Part-Dieu offers

4 levels with more than 600 premium brands,

…but there was not much that we can

 do as most of the shops were closed.

We we’re happy to see a McDonald's open 

 

...and we dropped by to eat lunch.
