The Most Beautiful City in the World
We have been to so many great cities in the world
and we have always been impressed
by their grandeur and beauty.
by their grandeur and beauty.
I always judge the city for its service efficiency
cleanliness and most importantly-
its unique character,
its unique character,
rather than  modernity.

…at first we thought San Francisco
…then our interest shifted to New Orleans
as these two cities have unique characteristics…
that  look and feel different
There was a time we thought it was Paris
It was a lovely city- as you are surrounded
…then it was the whitewashed city of Athens .
Imagine being immersed in history of an ancient city
We also considered quaint university town of Boston
as the most beautiful city we’ve ever seen.
It as a very old fashioned and laid back city

for my family, this time- it wasPrague ,

We arrived on a Sunday in Prague
so we set off to look for the Sto. Nino Shrine
It was located down the Royal Lane ,
We marveled on the old buildings
on the way to the church.

Cesky Kromulov

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay in Prague. You surely have visited some nice and famous sites. But there are some other interesting sites which are not so famous among tourists from abroad or you just didn't mention them. Next time you might like to visit Vyšehrad castle which is connected with the oldest history of Bohemia, Petřín hill with park and observation tower, famous old Jewish town with great Jewish Museum, or large ZOO in Troja just for fun. If you like train rides you also could take a train to Karlštejn castle. It's like 40 minutes ride with commuter train from Hlavní nádraží. The ride is not as comfortable as from Berlin, but definitely is very scenic. But be careful, during summer it could get very crowded at some places.

Thank you David.
DeleteI would still be posting more about our visit to Karlovy Vary and Cesky Kromulov.
My teen age daughter enjoyed the ghost tours.
We will be back in two years- (we would be in the nearby Yienna)to visit more of the countryside and my wife would like to buy more Bohemian crystal wares.
Czech Republic is so blessed with too much beauty both natural, historical and cultural.
We are overwhelmed by the experience as we have never seen something so beautiful in our lives.
