at the Avenue Plaza Hotel.

So our 16^th wedding anniversary-

 one of the most special days of our lives…

 

…we had a very late 4 PM lunch

at the Avenue Hotel’s

Café Plazuela.

It was late in the afternoon and

we were the only diners around.

There is nothing better than dining

in a elegantly designed restaurant,

…with no one around except for my family

as it gives you the feeling  that the place

was reserved just for ourselves.

With a soft classical music playing,

We looked forward for a very relaxing dinner…

They served us the routine

freshly baked Focacia Bread

with condiments,

  

We ordered our food in advanced

and already had been pre- cooked

and ready in few minutes.

My daughter ordered a very delicious

and perfectly well done Tuna Steak

While my son had a huge

chunk of  tender and juicy

Barbecued Baby Back Ribs

that the flesh falls off from the bone

 

My wife had her favorite

Pink Norwegian Salmon

 

While I gobbled up huge strips

of tender Angus Beef Steak.

 

Our bill was 

only a little over 2,000 pesos,

....which was really what a family of four

would spend in other regular restaurants in the city.

Again, Avenue Plaza's Cafe Plazuela
lives up to its reputation of a fabulous
budget restaurant where guests get more value
for the money that they paid for.
