Disneyland Park Paris: Fun Time in EuroDisney (I Love Paris Series 12)

Disneyland Park Paris
Fun Time in EuroDisney
I Love Paris Series 12

This is our second time in Disneyland Park Paris
as we visited this theme park in 2003. However this
is my son’s first as we was not born yet at that time.

^^^2003 visit

Except for Shanghai, we have already been
to all Disneyland Parks around the world,

…and we never seem to experience
theme park fatigue, as we feel the same
degree of excitement and enthusiasm ,

…in every Disneyland excursion,

…what is supposed to be
the happiest place on earth.

Just like in any Disneyland parks, we started
our exploration in the Main Street, U.S.A.,

…as it serves as the theme park entrance.

It is lined with a wonderful cacophony
of souvenir shops, specialty stores,

…and restaurants,

…housed in turn of the century buildings,

…interpersed with horse-drawn streetcars
and classic restored main street vehicles.

The Main Street USA ends at the Sleeping Beauty Castle
that serves as a grand entrance to the Fantasy Land.

From the Main Street USA, we
proceeded to the Frontierland,

…and queued at the Phantom Manor. This version
was inspired by  The Phantom of the Opera and is
much scarier and darker than the Haunted Mansion
in Disneyland Parks in Anaheim, Orlando and Tokyo.

We never miss the Big Thunder Mountain, an all- time
family favorite. The attraction is also found in Anaheim,
Orlando and Tokyo. Unlike the versions in other Disney
Parks, the Paris ride takes place in a large river island,
accessed by underwater tunnels from its riverside station.

.

Also found in this zone are the Pocahantas Indian Village
and the very popular Thunder Mesa Riverboat Landing,

...and the Cottonwood Creek Ranch.

We accessed the Adventureland from Frontierland,

…and several attractions are located in this zone like the
La Cabane des Robinson  or the Swiss Family Treehouse,

...the Pirates of the Caribbean together with
the La Plage des Pirates, or the Pirates Beach
and the Pirate Galleon or Pirates Galleon.

The Indiana Jones et le Temple du Péril or
the Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril  is
one of the most popular attractions in this zone.

The Le Passage Enchanté d'Aladdin
or  the Aladdin's  Enchanted Passage
located  the zone’s massive entrance arc,

…and is where we accessed the Fantasyland.

The Fantasyland is the heart and soul of all Disney Parks
and  the massive Sleeping Beauty Castle or the what they
call  Le Château de la Belle au Bois Dromant in French,

....not only serves as the iconic symbol for Disneyland
but as a grand entrance to this fairytale land as well.

Most of the classic Disney rides are in this area like the
Les Voyages de Pinocchio or Pinocchio's Fantastic Journey

...the Peter Pan's Flight, the kid’s all time favorite.

.Other popular classic attractions found in Fantasyland are
Mad Hatter's Tea Cups and Alice's Curious Labyrinth,

Blanche-Neige et les Sept Nains
or Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,

…the Dumbo the Flying Elephant and the
Le Carrousel de Lancelot or Lancelot's Carousel

...and of course, the It's a Small World boat ride.

Meet Mickey Mouse is a pavilion where guests
can interact and have photos with Mickey Mouse.

The Discoveryland is the Parisian counterpart
of Tomorrowland in Disney Parks in the US.

Star Tours: The Adventures Continue
simulated ride is found in this Zone.

The iconic Space Mountain on most Disney Parks
around the world had an Star wars upgraded version
here and called Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain.

Also worth visiting is an underwater simulated walk thru attraction
called  Les Mystères du Nautilus  or The Mysteries of the Nautilus.

All time favorite rides like the Autopia,

Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast,

…and Orbitron – Machines Volantes
are also found in this futuristic zone.

The good thing with the two Disneyland Parks in Paris
is being moderately sized and less crowded as compared
the its Orlando and Anaheim counterparts in the US.

It makes both parks easier and less exhausting to navigate,
and allow guests to enjoy all attractions on a single day.

Disneyland Parks, wherever it may be, never fails
to bring in the fun, the magic and the excitement
for an awesome and unforgettable family vacation.
